Michael Stephens

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri and began his professional career through service as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force. Stationed in New Mexico, he was promoted to the rank of Captain and played a key role in conducting biological research in support of NASA’s Apollo Project and related space exploration programs. His work contributed to advancements critical to early space missions and reflected a strong foundation in scientific research, operational discipline, and leadership.

Following his military service, Michael pursued theological studies, completing seminary and dedicating 13 years to pastoral ministry. He has founded three companies; he provided organizational leadership, mentorship, and strategic oversight for corporations and organizations, developing a reputation for principled leadership, effective communication, and mission‑driven management.
