Kristen Nichols

Kristen Nichols is the President of CRC2, Inc.  An organizational strategist, Kristen is an accomplished C-level executive consultant with a wealth of global venture development experience.  She utilizes her 25+ years of in-depth expertise to help shape and transform her clients business for growth and success.  Working with a diverse range of organizations from business start-ups, military, churches, non-profits to Fortune 500 companies, Kristen focuses primarily in transformational leadership. Honoring a lifelong passion for innovation and entrepreneurialism, Kristen understands the delicate balance between vision and reality.  Before starting her own company in 2003, she worked as Vice President of Business Development for Q.O.L, a coaching and consulting group. Her prior experience includes executive development positions with companies including Cisco Systems, AT&T, MCI/WorldCom, Bank of America, Delta Airlines and the Walt Disney World CO.
